1. If you are a non-vegan then increase fish consumption in your diet.
2. Consuming foods rich in magnesium is an excellent way to reduce vertigo symptoms. It is because deficiency of magnesium can trigger vertigo symptoms. Foods that have natural high magnesium content include seeds, nuts, beans, and green leafy vegetables. Besides consuming such food items, you must try to drink at least a glass of magnesia.
